Full-Body Workout

Peddling on a stationary bike isn’t just about moving your legs. At Revolution CYCLE, we’ve redefined indoor cycling by infusing elements of body-weight training, core sculpting and HIIT in our 45-minute high-intensity workout. It’s a unique cardio workout that engages not only your legs, but also your upper body and core muscle groups.

Improved Flexibility, Balance, and Posture

In our 45-minute Barre sessions, much of the focus is on proper body mechanics and alignment. You may be using the ballet barre, lightweights, resistance bands, or pilates balls to challenge your balance and stability while you work your core. Focused stretches are also an integral part of Barre. Start noticing an improvement in your form, and a change in the way you use your body.

Strengthen, Lengthen, and Sculpt the Body

If you’re looking to build a strong and balanced body from head to toe, Barre classes can help you achieve that perfect form. Our ballet-inspired workouts are designed to work targeted muscles through small movements and repetitions so you can build functional strength and muscular endurance. It’s a great way to sculpt and energize those hard-to-target muscles in your abs, gluteus, thighs, and the back of the arms.
