Revolution Ride

A 45-minute exhilarating, high energy, full body, indoor cycle class that takes place in a room with warm soft lighting.  By incorporating upper body movements while riding to the beat of the music, you will feel like you are having a dance party on a bike!  You will be encouraged to have fun, let go of whatever stress you are holding on to, and focus on becoming the best possible you.

Fusion

Revolution Fusion Spin/Barre is a 60-minute class where you will start with 30 minutes of spin followed by 30 minutes of barre.  You will sweat, you will shake, and you will walk out feeling strong, lean, and ready to take on whatever the day hands you!

Revolution Barre

Our 45 minute Barre classes have a strong emphasis on Pilates and alignment whilst adding the fat blasting benefits of plyometrics to create this as a FUN and PLAYFUL way to sculpt your best body.

Yoga and Meditation

We practice an athletic style of  Yoga, focussing on a true mind body experience. Our classes are designed to tone, lengthen and strengthen the body while rebalancing and reconnecting your mind.

Aerial Yoga

Incorporating elements from traditional floor based yoga and aerial arts, our aerial yoga classes are a whole body workout.  Certain to develop your flexibility, release your muscular tension and provide greater physical agility while also having fun and realigning you from the compression of gravity.  Our classes are beginner friendly.
